Payment Processing:
All payments are accepted through secure payment processing (Paypal).
Delivery:
All orders are despatched same day if the order is received before 11am. Orders received after this time will be despatched the next day.
Delivery Options:
Option 1: Royal Mail 1st Class Post. If we receive your order before 11am we will despatch your goods that day. Estimated Delivery time for this service is 1-5 working days.
Option 2: Royal Mail Special Delivery. If we receive your order before 11am we will despatch your goods that day. Estimated delivery time for this service is Next working day.
We highly recommend our Royal Mail Special Delivery Service for total peace of mind.
IMPORTANT: All orders are delivered on a signed for service, there for if you are not available at the time of delivery Royal Mail will leave a card, it is then your responsibility to collect the goods from the local Royal Mail office.
Returns, Damages and Shortages:
If the product arrives to you damaged, incomplete or in non working order we will return your product for another in working condition. You must notify us within the first 7 days after receiving the product that you will be returning it for an exchange and we will be happy to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item (un-used) and we will ensure that you will receive a full refund for the price you paid for the item. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. If your delivery is incomplete in any way you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the delivery, any claims after this time will not be valid.
Refunds:
We will not confirm that we have received your return. After receipt of your goods we aim to issue refunds within 5 working days. The cost of your item will be refunded to the credit/debit card used to make the purchase.
Please note refunds take 2 working days to clear from the point of processing.
Warranty:
2D Marketing warranties the batteries and the charger from manufacturer defect and breakdown for 28-Day Guarantee from date of purchase. Purchasers should be aware that our Electronic Cigarette Atomizers and E.Cigarette Rechargeable Batteries, although made to the highest quality are functional devices that may fail or degrade over a period of time, especially if in constant use (An Electronic Cigarette Atomisers natural lifespan is around 14-60 days and an Electronic Cigarette batteries expected lifespan is 2-3 months). Customer is responsible for shipping charges
WARNING:
Our cartridges contain Propylene Glycol and Nicotine as a part of its ingredients. Propylene Glycol is used in everyday use and is considered food safe. Nicotine, however is an addictive toxin and self administration is entirely at the users own discretion and risk. Please make sure that you carry out specific research and read our FAQ section on the website. Do not ingest the liquid directly or have prolonged contact with skin. Keep out of reach of children. Exposure to the cartridges can lead to serious injury and death. 2 D Marketing are in no way responsible for the misuse and abuse of its products by you the consumer.
